Engagement Client Photography Shoot
Here is a great couple named Brooke and Jared. They asked me to do some of their Engagement photos and here are some of my favorites. So to prepare for this engagement I asked them both to create a Pinterest board with me showing the type of photos they liked and wanted. We then met to discuss the shoot and to look through the different ideas we all had. We also discussed the date we would go for the session.
We met for the shoot behind the old k mart. I had a couple people come to help with posing. We planned for an evening shoot to capture some sunset photos. It was a lot of fun going through the different poses and playing with the background.
For post I did simple edits to enhance colors and to bring out features. I then put all the pictures on a disk and delivered it to them. It was a lot of fun being with this fun couple and capturing their moments.
I learned a lot about posing and helping the couple feel comfortable. Working with the weather changed a few things but as we just rolled with the flow everything worked out really well.
Here is a great website that gives awesome photo tips when doing an engagement.
Great job with your engagement shoot. All of the images look absolutely fantastic. I really like how you were able to get different images than what could be standard for other peoples engagement shots.I know its not with the same project however page did a fantastic job with her creative resume. http://www.pagenwilliams.com/creative-resume/
Brittany! These turned out great! I especially love the one with the ring and the shallow depth of field. The temeple one is also great and a good sentiment. Check out Numuuns work! She did an engagement session too! http://www.namuunzulkhuu.com/blog/
